House Rules & Code of Conduct
We’re proud to be part of this community, and we want Cody Craft Brewing to be a place where folks can relax, enjoy a great beer, and have a good time. These house rules help make sure everyone — guests and staff alike — has a positive experience.
1. Be Respectful
Treat others the way you’d want to be treated. That goes for fellow guests and our team. Disruptive behavior, harassment, threats, aggressive language, or anything that makes others uncomfortable won’t be tolerated. We’re here to enjoy good beer and good company.
2. We Welcome Good People
Beer has always been about bringing people together. No matter who you are or where you come from, if you’re here to enjoy a pint and treat others with respect, you’re welcome. We all share responsibility for keeping this a place people feel comfortable stopping in.
3. Drink Responsibly
Enjoy yourself, but know your limits. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is acting in an unsafe manner. If you need help arranging a safe ride home, just let us know — we’re happy to help. Per Wyoming law, all alcoholic beverages must stay on brewery property.
4. Taproom Courtesy
Be mindful of noise and personal space so everyone can enjoy their visit. Please follow any posted age requirements or special event guidelines.
5. Families & Service Animals
Kids are welcome, but they must be supervised at all times. Service animals are permitted as required by law. Pets are not allowed inside the brewery under Wyoming regulations.
6. Respect for Our Team
Our staff works hard to make this a great place to gather. Please treat them with patience and courtesy.
7. Safety Matters
If a staff member gives direction related to safety or an event, please follow it. Anyone engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave.
8. If There’s A Problem
If these guidelines aren’t followed, you may be asked to correct the behavior or leave for the day. Refusal to comply with staff direction can result in removal and loss of service privileges.
